These Terms govern your use of BusyBeeRide (the “Platform”), a marketplace that helps users discover and connect with independent transporters offering passenger transport and parcel delivery across Europe. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“BusyBeeRide”, “we”, “us” means the operator of the Platform. “Transporter” means an independent third-party driver/company that publishes routes or offers services. “User” means any person using the Platform to find routes, contact transporters, book passenger transport, or arrange parcel delivery. “Listing” means a route/service post published by a transporter.

2. Our role: marketplace only

BusyBeeRide is a technology platform. We do not provide transport services, do not operate vehicles, and do not act as a carrier, freight forwarder, courier, or logistics provider. Any transport service is performed by a transporter as an independent third party.

Important: Any booking, agreement, or arrangement is made directly between you and the transporter. BusyBeeRide is not a party to the transport contract.

3. Eligibility and account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

4. Transporter obligations

Transporters are solely responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to offer their services, including any required licenses, permits, insurance, and compliance obligations applicable in the countries/regions they operate.

Listing accuracy Transporters must ensure route details, timing, stops, capacity, rules, and pricing are accurate and kept up to date.
Service execution Transporters are responsible for performance, safety, documentation, passenger conduct rules, and parcel handling.

5. Passenger transport rules (general)

Transporters may set reasonable rules (meeting points, luggage allowance, permitted items, punctuality requirements, behavior standards). Users must respect transporter rules and applicable laws.

6. Parcel delivery rules (general)

Parcel options, sizes/weights, handover requirements, pickup points, and delivery arrangements depend on each transporter. Users must not send prohibited/illegal items and must package items appropriately.

7. Bookings, cancellations, and changes

Cancellation/rescheduling terms are set by the transporter or agreed between you and the transporter. You should confirm cancellation rules and timing before booking or handing over parcels. BusyBeeRide may provide tools to request changes, but does not guarantee outcomes.

8. Payments and fees

Prices are determined by transporters. Where the Platform enables payment flows, additional terms may apply (e.g. payment processing, refunds, chargebacks). BusyBeeRide does not guarantee pricing or availability and is not responsible for off-platform payment disputes.

9. Verification and trust signals

We may display verification badges, profile completeness, review counts, or other trust indicators. These are informational signals only and do not constitute a guarantee of service quality, safety, or legality. Users should always perform their own due diligence.

10. Reviews and content rules

  • Reviews must be genuine, relevant, and non-defamatory.
  • No hate speech, harassment, personal data leakage, or threats.
  • We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Prohibited use

  • Using the Platform for illegal activities, scams, or misleading listings.
  • Attempting to access systems without authorization or disrupting the Platform.
  • Scraping, copying, or reselling content without permission.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, safety risks, repeated policy violations, or legal compliance concerns. Where appropriate, we may also limit visibility of listings or restrict certain features.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that listings will meet your requirements. We do not guarantee the performance of any transporter.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusyBeeRide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, delays, missed connections, or disputes arising from transporter services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

15. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We may update features, remove or add services, and update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and contact
