BusyBeeRide is the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform. Where transporters process your data (for example, to provide a ride or deliver a parcel), they may act as separate controllers for their own processing.

• Account data: name, email, phone number, login identifiers.
• Transporter profile data: company/driver details, service categories, route regions, business contact info, verification details (where applicable).
• Listings data: route details, stops, dates, capacity, pricing, rules, parcel limits.
• Communications: messages or contact requests between users and transporters (where supported by the Platform).
• Usage & device data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, interaction logs, cookies, analytics events.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage accounts and enable marketplace functionality.
• To show relevant routes, listings, and transporter profiles.
• To support communications, inquiries, and customer support.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and to enforce Platform rules.
• To improve performance, user experience, and product features.

• Contract: processing necessary to provide the Platform you request (account, core features).
• Legitimate interests: preventing fraud/abuse, ensuring platform security, improving services.

• With transporters when you contact them or interact with their listing (to facilitate service communication).
